Refund policy

At Oxylete, we are committed to delivering premium-quality portable oxygen cans for recreational use. Due to the consumable and pressurized nature of our products, we maintain a limited returns policy in line with applicable laws and industry standards.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective (e.g., leaking valve, damaged can body affecting usability).

  • The product is damaged during transit (visible external damage, leakage upon delivery).

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong quantity, wrong variant, or does not match the order).

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction with performance, or personal preference.

  • Products that have been opened, partially or fully used, or tampered with.

  • Products returned without original packaging, seals (where applicable), or proof of purchase.

  • Orders delivered more than 7 days prior to the return request.

2. Return & Refund Process

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

  2. Contact our support team via:

  3. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will provide a return pickup label (via our logistics partner) or instruct you on safe disposal/return steps.

  5. Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process a refund to your original payment method (or issue store credit at our discretion) within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Amount

  • Full refund of the product value (excluding shipping charges) for approved defective/damaged/incorrect items.

  • In case of partial damage or partial pack issues, we may issue proportional refund or replacement.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order qualifies as damaged/defective due to our fault.

  • Any bank/transaction fees or reverse shipping costs (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

4. Important Notes

  • All products are sold for recreational use only and are not intended for medical purposes, diagnosis, treatment, or alleviation of any medical condition. No refunds will be issued based on perceived lack of medical or therapeutic effect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect misuse of the policy or fraudulent activity.

  • Due to the hazardous nature of compressed oxygen (fire risk), returned products must not be used, opened excessively, or mishandled during return.
