At Oxylete, we strive to deliver your premium portable oxygen cans safely, promptly, and reliably across India. Due to the nature of compressed oxygen (classified as a hazardous good under the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016), we follow strict safety and regulatory-compliant shipping procedures.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India, subject to courier partner acceptance and applicable hazardous-goods transport regulations.

Deliveries to certain restricted zones (including some military areas, islands with limited connectivity, or locations with hazardous-goods restrictions) may be unavailable or subject to additional charges and extended timelines.

If a location cannot be serviced due to regulatory restrictions, Oxylete reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free nationwide shipping on subscription orders and on one-time orders above ₹[Insert Threshold].

  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Typical shipping range: ₹199–₹399 depending on location and order weight.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote / hilly / North-East / island destinations

  • Expedited delivery requests (if available)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service

Final shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders are shipped via approved logistics partners capable of handling regulated goods (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or equivalent).

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Tier-2 cities: 6–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions, weather, or regional restrictions.

Subscription deliveries follow the same timeline for the first shipment, after which future shipments are automatically scheduled.

5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

6. Safety & Regulatory Compliance

Oxylete products contain compressed oxygen, classified as a non-flammable oxidizing gas.

Oxylete products contain compressed oxygen. Under international hazardous materials transport regulations, oxygen is classified as a non-flammable oxidizing gas (UN1072, Hazard Class 2.2 with subsidiary risk 5.1).

All Oxylete shipments are packaged, labeled, and transported in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulatory guidelines for compressed gases.

Delivery personnel may require identity verification or signature confirmation, particularly for COD or high-value orders.

Customers should not accept packages that appear damaged, leaking, or tampered with.

7. Failed or Undelivered Shipments

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • incorrect address

  • recipient unavailability

  • restricted entry areas

The courier may attempt 2–3 re-deliveries.

If the shipment remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipment may require additional shipping charges.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

9. Force Majeure

Oxylete shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters

  • transportation strikes

  • government restrictions

  • weather disruptions

  • courier operational delays

10. Age Requirement

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order on the Oxylete website.
